Developing Candidates in the competencies you identify as critical for future roles

Organizations must have a capable and ready bench for business sustainability and ongoing success. Pipeline Development coaching is specifically targeted to build better leaders in your executive talent pipeline.  This coaching is focused on building leadership skills that are essential for success in executive positions. We help leaders increase self-awareness and identify behaviors that contribute to or may detract from their overall effectiveness.  We evaluate readiness for executive level and other leadership positions.

Our assessments provide information on personal values and motivations, and our coaches help clients evaluate the trade-offs that are part of being elevated to higher levels of leadership in an organization. This helps ensure that those selected for a succession slate are ready and willing to assume higher levels of responsibility.

The BenchStrength process was transparent and seamless. Their communication throughout was clear and consistent and we would absolutely invite BenchStrength Coaching back to support our staff in growing their leadership skills!

I developed better self-awareness and shifted to a more empowering and compassionate attitude. I benefited greatly from the perspectives and insights that came from the coach’s decades of experience as a leader.

I recently took on a new leadership role and my coach helped me to navigate the unexpected challenges that came with it. Because of her ability to get to the root of my issues, I was able to change my perspectives (and attitude!), to see the whole picture before making decisions and to communicate more effectively.

I turned to coaching because I was feeling frustrated and lost about my future. After just a couple of months, I’m reengaged, my relationships are stronger, I’m having more effective conversations and my confidence is back. Because of the changes I’ve made at work, I was just chosen for an important stretch assignment.
