Managing Conflict by BenchStrength Coaching: Transforming Potential into Success

Conflict is inevitable in the workplace, but great leaders know how to navigate it effectively. This program helps participants develop self-awareness around their conflict style, strengthen communication skills, and foster more productive team dynamics. Using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI®) as a foundation, participants will gain key insights into how they engage with others during conflict and how to adapt their approach for better outcomes.
