I recently took on a new leadership role and my coach helped me to navigate the unexpected challenges that came with it. Because of her ability to get to the root of my issues, I was able to change my perspectives (and attitude!), to see the whole picture before making decisions and to communicate more effectively.

I developed better self-awareness and shifted to a more empowering and compassionate attitude. I benefited greatly from the perspectives and insights that came from the coach’s decades of experience as a leader.

I turned to coaching because I was feeling frustrated and lost about my future. After just a couple of months, I’m reengaged, my relationships are stronger, I’m having more effective conversations and my confidence is back. Because of the changes I’ve made at work, I was just chosen for an important stretch assignment.
