Managing Conflict
An experiential program designed to deepen leaders’ understanding of conflict and enhance their management skills.
Program Overview

A practical and experiential conflict program
Conflict is inevitable in the workplace, but great leaders know how to navigate it effectively. Managing Conflict helps participants develop self-awareness around their conflict style, strengthen communication skills, and foster more productive team dynamics. Using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI®) as a foundation, participants gain insight into how they engage with others during conflict and how to adapt their approach for better outcomes.
What participants learn
Managing Conflict helps participants identify their conflict modes, understand how those patterns affect team interactions, and strengthen communication in tense situations.
What makes it different
It combines conflict assessment, structured learning, coaching, and real-world application so leaders can respond more effectively in challenging interpersonal moments.
What they leave with
Participants leave with increased self-awareness, stronger feedback skills, and practical strategies for navigating conflict in ways that improve working relationships and team effectiveness.

Impact
Healthier conflict creates stronger teams
Managing Conflict gives leaders practical tools to respond more effectively, improve team communication, and turn workplace tension into growth instead of disruption.
“I recently took on a new leadership role and my coach helped me to navigate the unexpected challenges that came with it. Because of her ability to get to the root of my issues, I was able to change my perspectives, see the whole picture before making decisions, and communicate more effectively.”
